The Communication Suite’s Photo Integration further aligns the Communications Suite with standard texting practices, streamlining communications, and offering a better, centralized media storage solution.  

Imagine a scenario where a plumber receives a call from a customer about a water heater issue. Now, the customer can send a picture of the unit via text message and it directly enters the Communications Suite, enabling a more accurate assessment and response. Similarly, lawyers can receive images, and send PDFs or other files via text message directly through the Communications Suite, allowing them to efficiently review and store client information.
